Monty is a technologist, senior sales & marketing leader, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience. His career has spanned such diverse industries as telecommunications, consulting, enterprise software, and managed services working for both Fortune 500 companies and several successful startups.

Working with business leaders to craft new winning strategies and helping them execute is Monty's passion. Beyond sales & marketing, he has many years of experience guiding product management teams and sales/solution engineering teams.

Monty holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing & Strategy from Northern Illinois University.

Steve Connor is an accomplished Sales, Marketing, Alliance and Business Development Executive who has generated over $2.4 billion in revenue during his 27 year sales career. Steve’s extensive background includes; Internet technologies, hardware and enterprise software applications, web services, and database applications. Moreover, he was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in an Austin based internet start-up and successfully led growth, development and acquisition efforts culminating in the sale of the company to BMC Software. Steve spent seven years at Oracle in Global Strategic Alliances and has an extensive industry network.

Steve also held various sales and alliance management positions with BMC Software, Evity Inc., Wall Data, Uniplex Software, Ashton-Tate, CompuCom and United Technologies Semiconductor.

He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and holds BBA in Marketing.
